Requirements for opening current and saving accounts

 

Natural Person:

1. Copy ID card or passport

2. Three banking or commercial References

3. Receipt of services (electricity or telephone), which provide the address of the place of residence. (If it’s rented, please provide a copy of Lease Contract)

4. Filling the form for opening accounts.

5. Filling the form of DECLARATION OF FAITH OF ORIGIN AND LICIT DESTINATION OF FUNDS.

6. Deposit minimum fee depending on the type of account

Legal Person:

1. RIF of the company

2. Three banking or three commercial references

3. Copy of the Identity Card of the legal representatives of the company

4. Power of attorney of representatives if applicable.

5. Article of association of the company and the modifications thereto if any.

6. Official Gazette

7. Copy of Ownership document’s of the office or renting documents along with receipt of services (electricity or telephone)

8. Last statement of declaration of tax before SENIAT (ISLR)

9. Copy of the declaration of income tax

10. Copy of passport or ID card of the board of directors and authorized signatures.

11. Filling the form for opening accounts for legal persons.

12. Filling the form of DECLARATION OF FAITH OF ORIGIN AND LICIT DESTINATION OF FUNDS.

13. Deposit minimum fee depending on the type of account.
